Maintaining Control
Whilst the majority of our customers play within their means and limits, for some it can be more difficult. In order to maintain control of your gaming habits we would like you to bear in mind the following points:- Gambling should be done in moderation and undertaken as a form of leisure not as a genuine way of making money
- Only gamble when you can cover the losses
- Keep track of the time and monitor the amount of money you spend
- We can set deposit limits on your account to help you control the amount you can spend.
- Should you need a break from gambling, take a temporary break or self-exclusion can be set on your DreamWins account by contacting our customer support team via chat or email.
- If you need to talk to someone about any concerns you may have with your gambling, please contact one of the organisations, which we have listed below.
Self-Exclusion
If you have concerns about your gambling and feel you may need to take a break, we offer various solutions. Implement self-imposed deposit limits on your account, this can be done by our customer support team. Take a temporary break, ranging from a day to three months, as a cooling off period. Your account will automatically reactivate once the specified period ends. This can be enabled by our customer support team.
Opt for self-exclusion, with a minimum duration of six months. It is important to note that once self excluded, the account cannot be reactivated until the specified period ends. To self exclude you must contact our customer support team via chat or email.
